- Please note, all daycare and training packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Daycare packages must be used within six months of purchase. This has always been our policy since we opened in 2006. The policy was often not followed and our previous system was more forgiving in enforcing the policy. Our new system does enforce the expiration date so please be sure to consider your daycare needs when purchasing Daycare packages.
- Training packages must be used within three months of purchase.
- Multiple dog households – If you would like to take advantage of the multi-dog household discount, you must purchase a “Multiple Dogs” package. The “multiple dogs” packages are priced to include the discount for the second dog. Example: A 5 day package includes 5 days for each dog so both dogs may attend a total of 5 times with this package.
Important notice! The system is not currently providing any confirmation of purchases on-line. We have escalated this to tech support. If you would like receipt or confirmation your transaction completed, please email the office sarah@cubbyscaninecastle.com and we can email you a receipt. If you have concerns, please do check with the office prior to doing a second transaction.
